Useful things to know:
No strict time slots, arrive any time between the start and end times on your ticket and join the queue – there will be lots to see and do!
Tickets to see Santa must be purchased in advance as numbers are limited.
No charge for accompanying adults.
Please bring cash for other activities such as crafts, festive hunt and face painting.
Babies welcome, please buy a ticket if they would like a gift.
Santa is happy to come outside the grotto to meet you if access if problematic.
You are welcome to take your own photos with Santa, or ask an elf to help.
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled, please ensure you retain your ticket for a refund in this instance.
